Schmiere
This is one of David´s traditional dips for Easter and we can say that it is very tasty! and you should give it a try :)
you can also be creative with the ingredients!
Ingredients

1 cloves garlic, minced

4 anchovy fillets, chopped

some majonaise
-
3/4 cup (85g) crumbled feta cheese

some greek joghurt
-
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper to taste

some lemon and olive oil
-
some parsely or coriander
-
salt if needed
Combine the garlic, anchovies, lemon, feta cheese, greek joghurt, pepper in the container of a food processor. Process until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and as decoration put some parsely or coriander on it.
Serve with crackers, bread slices or pita chips.....
