How to build an oven?!
We met a German couple who also travelled with their van and we invited them for breakfast… they had a really tasty bread with them, which was home made. We were impressed by the oven their had. It’s build by the Swedish brand Omnia and cost 40 euros. The system is impressive but very simple so I wanted to build it by my own.
The oven consists of three parts:

A steel pan with a hole in the middle

A cake-form with also a hole

A top/cap
I made a hole in the steel pan, some holes for the air circulation and a knob in the top and that’s it. As Top I used an aluminium board. More or less 10 euros and it works perfect!
You can use it on gas and electro. Use always low heath and put some oil in the form. We already baked fish, bread, cake, quiche and oven potatoes.
